Job SummaryThe successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the strategic alliance with Microsoft, leading the Partner Program orchestration and management. This involves collaborating with various teams to operationalize complex partner program requirements, processes, reporting, compliance, and portal management.Key ResponsibilitiesAccess management in partnership with Technology, ensuring seamless customer access relationships.Commercial marketplace solution management, including listings, readiness, health, and conversion.Lead tracking & referral submissions in partnership with Sales leadership, lead flow routing, SLAs, and data quality.Claim submissions in partnership with Marketing, Incentives and Earnings tracking in partnership with Finance, revenue and earnings pacing vs. plan.Azure revenue tracking and revenue recognition stewardship to translate influenced Azure consumption and BizApps licensing into recognized partner metrics.Issue resolution, access requests, and ad hoc queries from the global business, maintaining an issue register with root cause analysis and remediation.RequirementsProven ability to contribute to teams operationalizing complex partner program requirements, processes, reporting, compliance, and portal management.Ability to leverage program knowledge to advise senior business leaders on maximizing benefits and minimizing risks.Strong English speaking, influencing, and communication skills; enthusiastic, curious, high-energy individual using a thought leadership approach.Working knowledge of Microsoft products and technologies.
