Job TitleA key role exists for an accomplished professional to spearhead strategic planning, performance management and OKR framework development.Main Responsibilities:Develop and refine company-wide objectives to ensure strategic alignment and clarity of organizational goals.Implement and manage the OKR digital platform, including end-to-end planning, rollout, training and ongoing support.Foster a culture of transparency and accountability by facilitating regular OKR planning and review sessions.Provide expert guidance on OKR best practices, emphasizing the importance of clear objective formulation, monitoring and achievement.Promote continuous improvement and adoption of the OKR framework through structured governance and process-oriented management.Maintain business-critical KPIs across organization, departments and project levels, ensuring relevance and accuracy.Design, deploy and manage comprehensive KPI dashboards and performance reports.Integrate KPI monitoring seamlessly into regular business and strategic performance reviews.Key Qualifications:Minimum of 7 years' experience in strategic planning, performance management or a related field with a proven track record in implementing OKR and KPI frameworks.Demonstrated expertise in KPI framework design, tracking and reporting across functions or business units.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and convert insights into strategic actions.Experience leading or significantly contributing to transformation projects, demonstrating measurable impact on organizational performance.Exceptional communication and facilitation skills, capable of engaging and influencing cross-functional teams.Deep understanding of OKR and KPI principles and best practices, with experience in coaching and training individuals and teams.Proficient in the use of OKR software tools and data visualization platforms.Highly organized and process-oriented, with a strategic mindset and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
