Key ResponsibilitiesThe Outreach and Admissions Executive will lead strategic initiatives to establish strong relationships with preschools, thereby contributing to overall admissions growth.Develop and maintain a robust outreach plan, including visiting pre-schools, day cares, and education centres to foster tie-ups and ongoing referral partnerships.Represent the school at meetings, presentations, and promotional discussions to effectively promote our brand.Maintain and build strong relationships with preschool leadership, counsellors, and coordinators through regular communication and updates.Identify and explore new channels and networks that can support admissions growth.Main Duties1. Outreach & PartnershipsGenerate quality leads through effective outreach strategies and convert them into school enquiries.Support the admissions team in follow-ups, conversions, and parent engagement to ensure seamless processes.Coordinate with the internal team to share updates on leads, visits, and tie-up opportunities for informed decision-making.Assist during parent visits when required to provide exceptional customer service.2. Admissions & Sales SupportContribute to the execution of on-ground marketing activities such as flyers, standees, and community outreach events to raise awareness about our school.Represent the school at exhibitions and education fairs to connect with potential parents and showcase our offerings.Collaborate with the marketing team for outreach collateral, brochures, and presentations to ensure consistency in our branding.3. Reporting & DocumentationMaintain an up-to-date calendar of outreach visits and submit timely reports to track progress.Monitor and record tie-ups, lead generation, conversion statistics, and feedback to inform future strategies.Update and maintain an accurate database of all preschools and outreach contacts.4. Additional ResponsibilitiesSupport school-level events that involve parent engagement to foster a sense of community.Provide valuable insights and competitor information to the admissions team to enhance their performance.Perform any other related tasks assigned by the Directors to ensure seamless operations.
