Work Location: BangalorePlease share your updated profile to Sugantha.krishnan@acldigital.comRequired Skills:- 15+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 8 years in a managerial role.- Should have handled a minimum of 15-20 members team and should have onboarded minimum of 40+ joiners per month.- Proven expertise in IT, with a strong understanding of market trends and hiring strategies.- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills.- Experience with ATS tools, HR analytics, and sourcing technologies.- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities:- Develop and execute effective talent acquisition strategies aligned with organizational goals.- Manage the end-to-end Contract staffing – from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding.- Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to identify current and future hiring needs.- Lead, mentor, and motivate the recruitment team to achieve hiring targets and maintain delivery excellence.- Drive employer branding initiatives to position the company as an employer of choice.- Utilize various sourcing channels such as job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and networking events to attract top talent.- Ensure data accuracy and effective usage of ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and recruitment analytics.- Monitor and report key metrics (TAT, cost per hire, offer-to-join ratio, etc.) to improve recruitment efficiency.- Collaborate with HR and business units to design competitive compensation and retention strategies.- Ensure compliance with hiring policies, diversity objectives, and labor regulations.
