About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced PDI Application Support Engineer to provide comprehensive end-to-end support for PDI solutions used by a major retail and petroleum client. The role involves delivering proactive store operations support, troubleshooting application issues, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring seamless business continuity.Provide advanced L2/L3 support for PDI applications across multiple retail locations.Monitor system performance to ensure platform stability and uptime.Troubleshoot incidents, configuration issues, and integration failures efficiently.Support store operations, POS integrations, fuel pricing, inventory management, and back-office processes effectively.Coordinate with internal business teams, vendor support, and end users proactively.Document fixes, SOPs, support workflows, and known issues thoroughly.Perform routine checks, maintenance tasks, and release validations regularly.Support operational changes, upgrades, and patch cycles successfully.Ensure timely resolution of tickets in accordance with established SLAs.Key Skills & QualificationsTo succeed in this role, you will need:Advanced technical skills in PDI application support.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.Familiarity with retail and petroleum industry operations.What We OfferIn return, we offer a dynamic and supportive work environment, opportunities for career growth and development, and a competitive compensation package.
