Statistical Programmer Job DescriptionThis is an exciting opportunity to work in the field of clinical trials and statistical programming. We are seeking a skilled Statistical Programmer to join our team.The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, validating, and maintaining ADaM datasets, TLFs, and other analytical outputs. They will also support Oncology studies by ensuring accuracy, consistency, and regulatory compliance in all programming deliverables.Main ResponsibilitiesADaM Dataset Development: Develop and maintain ADaM datasets, including dataset integration and analysis.TLF Programming: Write and test TLF programs to meet study requirements.Regulatory Compliance: Ensure accuracy, consistency, and regulatory compliance in all programming deliverables.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with statisticians, data managers, and clinical teams to ensure timely and quality delivery.RequirementsIndustrial Experience: Minimum 4 years of experience in industrial settings.R Programming: Proficiency in R programming language.SAS Programming: Solid experience in SAS programming, especially in clinical/biostatistics environments.CDISC Standards: Good understanding of CDISC standards and clinical trial data flow.Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in cross-functional teams.Preferred QualificationsAdvanced R Programming: Advanced or Expert-level R Programming skills.Oncology Experience: Experience working on Oncology therapeutic area studies.ISS/ISE Experience: Exposure to ISS/ISE, submission workflows, and regulatory interactions (e.g., RTQs).Agile Ways of Working: Practical understanding of agile ways of working (Scrum/Kanban).BenefitsImpactful Research: Opportunity to work on impactful Oncology research with global teams.Continuous Learning: Continuous learning and upskilling environment.Collaborative Culture: Collaborative, agile work culture.
