We're building a team that thrives on ownership, agility, and innovation.Role OverviewWe're looking for a highly motivated Intern - Operations (Demand) to join our team. The role involves supporting day-to-day operations across warehouse, logistics, and inventory management to ensure smooth order fulfillment and optimal stock levels.Key Responsibilities- Assist in demand planning and inventory management across warehouses.- Coordinate with logistics partners and vendors to ensure timely dispatches and deliveries.- Support in order processing, PO creation, and stock reconciliation.- Track forward and RTO (Return to Origin) shipments, and assist in resolving logistics issues.- Maintain and update Excel-based trackers for demand, dispatches, and inventory.- Collaborate with the operations and warehouse teams to streamline daily workflows.Requirements- 0–1 year of experience in warehouse/logistics operations, preferably in e-commerce or D2C.- Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic formulas).- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and deadline-driven environment.- Immediate joiners preferred.
