Business Development Operations Manager

Location: Bangalore (On-site)Openings: 5 PositionsDepartment: Business DevelopmentAbout the RoleWe are looking for Operations Managers to join our Business Development team. The role is focused on owning and managing active business operations – ensuring smooth execution, timely coordination, and driving outcomes to completion.You will act as the bridge between strategy and execution, making sure commitments made to clients and stakeholders are delivered with precision and efficiency.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee and manage ongoing BD operations to ensure smooth execution.Act as a single point of contact for clients, internal teams, and stakeholders.Ensure all deliverables are met on time and aligned with client expectations.Monitor progress, identify risks, and resolve bottlenecks proactively.Maintain accurate reporting and documentation for all active operations.Coordinate between different functions (sales, training, student success, client HR, etc.) to ensure alignment.Drive accountability across teams and ensure 100% completion of assigned tasks.Key Skills & AttributesStrong organizational and coordination skills.Excellent communication and stakeholder management.Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.Analytical and data-driven approach to decision-making.Problem-solving mindset with high ownership of outcomes.Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.QualificationsBachelor’s degree (MBA preferred but not mandatory).2–6 years of experience in operations, client management, or business coordination roles.Experience in edtech, recruitment, staffing, or service industries is an advantage.Why Join Us?Be part of a high-growth organization shaping careers and businesses.Opportunity to work in a mission-driven team with clear ownership of outcomes.Steep learning curve and exposure to cross-functional operations.Growth pathway into senior management roles.🔑 In short:As a BD Operations Manager, your role is to own business operations end-to-end, ensure flawless execution, and deliver results with consistency.
