About UsWe are a fast-growing consulting firm at the intersection of procurement and AI, helping global clients unlock savings and efficiency.Our Team StructureWe empower our consultants to take ownership of high-impact workstreams and shape how procurement and supply chain are redefined by AI technology.You will partner with client stakeholders to identify operational inefficiencies, analyze spend data, and develop negotiation strategies.Your Role ResponsibilitiesLead consulting workstreams from assessment through implementation ensuring successful project delivery.Partner with client stakeholders to identify areas of improvement and unlock savings opportunities.Analyze spend data, supplier proposals, and industry benchmarks to drive informed recommendations.Develop negotiation strategies and support supplier execution processes.Build financial and operational models to size and validate business opportunities.Help design and develop AI-led solutions that address recurring client challenges and scale beyond a single project.Contribute to business growth and development initiatives supporting Valorant's expansion plans.Required Skills and Qualifications3–5 years' experience in consulting, procurement, supply chain, or operations roles.Strong analytical and quantitative skills (Excel expertise expected).Ability to work directly with senior stakeholders and present insights clearly and concisely.Comfortable with ambiguity, ownership-driven, and motivated to grow faster than at a large firm.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Experience in RFx management, tail spend analysis, and exposure to diverse categories.Tailor your application to highlight relevant experience and skills, we welcome applications from candidates who can demonstrate a strong fit for this role.
