Remote Accounts Coordinator

We are seeking a diligent Accounts Coordinator to support our day-to-day operations in Washington State, USA.Key Responsibilities:Account Management:Daily review and processing of customer payments to ensure timely allocations and accurate record-keeping.Verify and reconcile customer balances to identify discrepancies and resolve payment issues efficiently.Manage cash customer sales orders and AR accounts for accuracy and up-to-date records.Process pre-payments and subsequent invoices according to established guidelines.Credit Department Support:Respond to internal and external requests for invoice copies, statements or payment confirmations in a timely manner.Assist in compiling documentation to support credit evaluations or account reviews, ensuring all necessary information is up-to-date and readily available.Clerical and Administrative Tasks:Perform other administrative tasks as required to maintain efficient office operations.Preferred Skills:Proven experience in Accounts Receivable with a strong attention to detail.Familiarity with accounting software and automation tools (e.g. Oracle EBS).Understanding of credit and collections processes to effectively manage customer accounts.Excellent organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and record-keeping.Strong written and verbal communication skills in English to effectively collaborate with colleagues and clients.Able to work independently with minimal supervision in a remote setting.Experience working with international teams, particularly in a US business environment.
