Technical Support ProfessionalWe are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Professional to join our team. As an Application Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our global traders using our trading analytics platform.About the RoleProvide fast and accurate live chat (primary) and email (secondary) support to traders navigating platform features, trade analytics, and reports.Troubleshoot issues related to account setup, imports, and analytics workflows, identifying recurring technical issues and resolving them using strong product knowledge.Maintain and efficiently search through a large internal knowledge base, documenting findings and curating common questions/answers.Manage multiple concurrent chats with empathy, speed, and accuracy.RequirementsAt least 2 years of experience in SaaS or product-based technical support.Background in FinTech or trading-related platform support, preferably with stocks, options, futures, or analytics tools.Excellent written English skills - this is non-negotiable.Proven ability to self-learn quickly and handle complex workflows independently.Proficiency with Excel/CSV data handling.Strong troubleshooting and reasoning skills.Must complete internal product learning before starting live support.
