ServiceNow QA Engineer Position OverviewWe are looking for a ServiceNow QA Engineer with strong experience in Automated Test Framework (ATF) to ensure high-quality delivery of ServiceNow implementations, upgrades, and enhancements.Key Responsibilities:Develop, maintain, and execute ATF automated test suites for regression, functional, and integration testing. This includes creating test cases across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, GRC, or custom applications based on project requirements.Collaborate with consultants and developers to translate project requirements into actionable test scenarios.Perform manual testing including functional, UI, integration, negative testing, and UAT support.
