Job Title: Strategic Transformation ExpertThe Senior Change Management Consultant will oversee the tactical implementation of our change management framework under client direction, ensuring successful adoption of initiatives across the organization.Our goal is to empower teams and individuals through effective communication, training, and stakeholder engagement. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving project execution, managing stakeholder expectations, and delivering high-quality results.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute detailed project plans, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.Maintain open lines of communication with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress and addressing concerns in a proactive manner.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks, ensure smooth project execution, and achieve desired business outcomes.Conduct thorough analysis of organizational needs, developing targeted solutions to drive business growth and improvement.Required Skills and Qualifications:Change Management Certification (e.g., Prosci or equivalent) or 5+ years proven experience in organizational change management methodologies and stakeholder engagement within Microsoft 365 environments.Hands-on expertise with Viva Engage campaigns, SharePoint communications, and Teams engagement.Familiarity with M365 Copilot features, use cases, and adoption strategies.Strong communication and facilitation skills across US-based technical and business audiences.Experience supporting champion networks and peer-to-peer enablement.Ability to synthesize feedback and translate into actionable insights and reporting.3+ years of experience leading projects with US-based companies.Benefits:We offer a dynamic work environment that fosters collaboration, innovation, and growth.
