US Federal Contracts Support Role OverviewThis is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team as a US Federal Contracts Support Specialist. We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated professional to provide compliance, reporting, and administrative support for U.S. federal government contracts.Key Responsibilities:Contract Review and ComplianceAssist in reviewing federal contract documents, task orders, and amendments.Identify and summarize applicable FAR/DFARS clauses and compliance obligations.Subcontractor Due Diligence and ComplianceSupport subcontractor due diligence and ensure required flow-down clauses are communicated and documented.Compliance Trackers and ReportingPrepare compliance trackers, audit files, and status reports for internal and external stakeholders.Administrative SupportMaintain organized contract repositories and document management systems.Support U.S. reporting obligations (eSRS, FSRS, subcontracting plans, EEO/OFCCP reporting).Requirements and Qualifications:A strong understanding of FAR, DFARS, and U.S. federal contracting principles.Experience working with compliance areas (EEO, Service Contract Act, export controls, cybersecurity requirements).A Bachelor's degree in Business, Legal Studies, Political Science, or related field.1–3 years in contracts, compliance, or coordinating with legal teams on contract terms, clauses, and risk.Strong skills in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and contract management tools (e.g., SharePoint, SAP Ariba, Deltek Costpoint).Excellent communication and documentation skills.
