Contract Review Specialist Job SummaryAre you a detail-oriented individual with excellent analytical skills? Do you have experience in contract review and data extraction? We are seeking a skilled Contract Review Specialist to join our team.About the RoleThe Contract Review Specialist will be responsible for reviewing and capturing data on key terms and/or clauses, including Effective Date, Right to Create, Author Approval Rights, Royalty Rates, Treat as Permissions, and all AI-related provisions. This role requires strong attention to detail and ability to identify, extract, and validate key contractual data points.ResponsibilitiesReview contracts and capture data on key terms and/or clausesIdentify, extract, and validate key contractual data pointsEnsure accuracy and consistency across all reviewed contractsCollaborate closely with the Special Projects Team to ensure timely delivery and collective success on deliverablesDemonstrate adaptability and a willingness to learn new tools, processes, and workflows as the project evolvesLeverage technology tools and platforms used in contract review and data extractionEscalate ambiguities or deviations identified during review for clarification and resolutionParticipate in team discussions and contribute to process improvements where applicableRequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need:Excellent analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressureAbility to learn new tools, processes, and workflows quicklyExcellent communication and collaboration skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamFamiliarity with contract review and data extraction software and toolsBenefitsThis is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team and contribute to the success of our organization.
