Revenue GenerationAccomplish responsibility for the Ad sales – Generating revenue for the company through cinema as an advertising mediumSpearheading team members & responsible for achieving the targets allotted by working alongside with the teamOverall responsible for developing a high-quality client base by building strong relationships with key resources and maintaining a balance between marketing initiatives, product profitability and cost to serveTeam Management Handling team members and looking after day to day sales function.Working alongside with team to ensure existing accounts are serviced and also to get new clients on board and also to ensure that targets are being met by each team member.Prepare strategy based on competition mapping and market update and strengthen relationships in the market with the support of team memberBusiness StrategyMake sales strategy and to think new ideas which can help to bring in additional revenues.Identifies and communicates upsell opportunities by portfolio to the team and to the clients.Client ManagementMaintain key relationships at local accounts and agencies as well as national accounts and agencies.Managing, mentoring the time team.New Client/Agency Development.Competitor trackingCollections :Timely submission of invoice to the client and agency post the activity.Responsible for getting the payments from the clients and agencies on timely basis.Job Competences (Skills):Ability to drive and execute regional ad sales strategy in alignment with national goalsOwnership of revenue targets, new business development, and key account retentionSkilled in annual planning, quarterly forecasts, and territory performance trackingProven experience in leading, mentoring, and motivating a team of sales executives/managersAbility to build a performance-driven culture with clear KPIs and accountabilityConduct regular training, pipeline reviews, and joint client visitsDeep understanding of Tamil Nadu ad market (Chennai, Coimbatore, etc.)Strong connects with local advertisers, media agencies, and regional brandsAbility to identify market shifts and develop region-specific GTM (go-to-market) plansAbility to conceptualize and pitch integrated media packages (Cinema, Digital, Experiential, etc.)Ability to engage and influence CXOs, brand heads, and media plannersProficient in pricing strategy, rate negotiations, discount structures, and profitability managementHands-on experience with contract closure, invoicing, collections, and credit control
