Cloud CX Expert RoleThis is an expert-level position focused on the implementation and maintenance of Oracle Fusion CX. As a consultant, you will be responsible for providing in-depth support and guidance to clients.Set up and configure essential system components of Oracle Fusion CX, including account and contact management, adaptive search, and workspace configuration.Develop and implement custom solutions using Redwood Service, Redwood CX Mobile, and Redwood CX Outlook plugin for import management and metadata management.Utilize Oracle BI Reports, Dashboards, and report schedules to create and manage business plans, territories, and incident management systems.Key Requirements:Proficiency in development and scripting with expertise in Redwood Service, Redwood CX Mobile, and Redwood CX Outlook plugin.Proven experience in application support and issue resolution with adherence to RCA and incident tracking frameworks.Bonus Skills:Experience with integration platforms, API design, and data analytics.
