Expansion Launch Specialist

About This OpportunityThis role is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading expansion team in the fitness industry. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for overseeing the launch of new centers across top cities.The ideal candidate will have excellent program management skills, with experience in collaborating with multiple stakeholders to deliver successful outcomes. They will also be able to interface effectively with franchise partners to ensure timely execution, payments, and launch readiness.Key Responsibilities:End-to-End Program Management: Own the transformation process from site-to-center launch, ensuring seamless execution and high-quality results.Collaboration and Stakeholder Management: Work closely with Real Estate, Legal, Business Finance, Projects, City teams, Talent Acquisition, Sales/Growth teams, and Audits to program manage launch operations.Franchise Partner Management: Effectively interface with Franchise partners to ensure timely execution, payments, launch readiness, and presales.Capital Expenditure Management: Own and manage capital expenditures, including projects, equipment, and other line items.Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance the launch process and Franchise partner satisfaction.What You'll Bring:To succeed in this role, you'll need to bring a strong track record of program management experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.You'll also need to possess a deep understanding of the fitness industry and be passionate about delivering exceptional results.Why Join Our Team?We offer a dynamic and supportive work environment that fosters growth and development.
