Business Growth StrategistSkysoft Inc is seeking a highly skilled Business Growth Strategist to develop and execute strategies for US staffing services. This role requires expertise in building business relationships, onboarding new clients quickly, and managing existing ones to increase business volume.The ideal candidate will have proven experience in developing and executing business development strategies, identifying, prospecting, and closing new business opportunities across various industries, and working closely with the recruiting team to ensure successful delivery for new and existing clients.We offer a competitive salary + high-earning commission potential, flexible working arrangement (Hyderabad office or Remote), direct access to leadership and decision-makers, and opportunity to play a strategic role in scaling US staffing operations.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute business development strategies for US staffing services.Bring 3–4 new direct clients or Tier 1 vendors to Skysoft Inc within the initial months.Identify, prospect, and close new business opportunities across various industries.Manage and expand relationships with existing clients to increase business volume.Work closely with the recruiting team to ensure successful delivery for new and existing clients.Required Qualifications8 - 10+ years of Business Development experience in US Staffing.Proven track record of bringing in new clients and generating revenue.Existing industry contacts with direct clients, MSPs, or Tier 1 vendors.Strong understanding of the US staffing market, recruitment cycle, rate negotiations, and compliance.
