Roles & Responsibilities-

  • Institutional Sales: Achieve regional sales targets aligned with business strategy.
  • Business Development: Identify new products, markets, and acquire clients to drive revenue.
  • Pricing & Discounts: Process discount requests within limits; escalate major negotiations.
  • Customer Relations: Build strong client relationships, conduct visits, and offer tailored solutions.
  • Order & Query Management: Coordinate with teams, resolve queries promptly for customer satisfaction.
  • Market Research & Lead Gen: Cold calling, analyse data, and create customised proposals.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor KPIs like acquisition, enquiry handling, SLA adherence, and revenue growth.


Preferred Candidate Profile-

  • Education: Graduate in Business/Marketing or related field.
  • Experience: 5–6 years in B2B/institutional sales (corporate gifting preferred).
  • Industry Knowledge: Corporate gifting trends and regional market insights.
  • Skills: Strong sales orientation, negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Traits: Result-driven, independent, collaborative, and willing to travel.
