Role Overview: We are looking for a highly skilled and creative Event Manager/ Production Manager to oversee all aspects of video production, including art direction, model hiring, and shoot management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for bringing creative concepts to life, managing the end-to-end production process, and ensuring all projects are executed efficiently, on time, and within budget. You will collaborate closely with directors, producers, and talent to deliver high-quality content that aligns with the brand’s vision and goals.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Art Direction :

1) Lead the creative vision for video shoots, including set design, styling, and overall visual aesthetics.

2) Ensure all creative elements align with the brand identity and project goals.

3) Collaborate with the creative team to develop storyboards, shot lists, and mood boards.

4) Oversee the styling, props, and set designs to ensure they meet the highest standards of creativity and execution.

  • Production process : Supervise and drive all stages of video content production. (production planning, Actor/Model on-boarding, shoot)
  • Hiring Models : Hire and manage a comprehensive database of models, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information. Select and coordinate with models based on the specific needs of each shoot
  • Team Coordination: Collaborate with creative team to understand shoot requirements and facilitate smooth production workflows.
  • Resource Allocation: Oversee the allocation of resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to ensure optimal efficiency and effectiveness in production.
  • Budget Management: Monitor and manage production budgets, tracking expenses and ensuring that projects are delivered within financial constraints.
  • Quality Control: Ensure the highest standards of quality in all production deliverables, addressing any issues or concerns promptly and effectively.
  • Vendor Management: Manage relationships with external vendors, contractors, and suppliers, negotiating contracts and overseeing their contributions to the production process.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve any production-related challenges or obstacles, proactively addressing issues to keep projects on track.


Qualifications:

  • 1-5 years of experience as a Production Manager/ Event Manager or similar role.
  • Strong organizational and production management skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage the shoot accordingly.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills. Ability to manage a team and workflow effectively. .
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and requirements.
