Job Title: Tribe LeaderJob Description:Manage large delivery teams and stakeholders across the globe based on the OKRs of the business lines.Define and implement strategic (long term) framework of the team to be in-line with organization objectives and vision.Contribute to innovation forums of the organization and bring-in industry standards.Ensure viable succession pipeline.Required Skills and Qualifications:Proven abstract thinking, motivational skills and passion for transformation.Ability to ideate, strategize and transform at the organizational level.Demonstrate strong networking and solutioning skills to work with business counterparts globally.Expertise in understanding financial models and budgets.Excellent execution rigor and ability to handle ambiguity and deliver towards the organization's vision.Responsibilities:Productize service offering and negotiate with stakeholders for transition of projects/processes.Profile Required:Coach to enhance and strengthen team's skills.Team Overview:30+ highly motivated individuals with varied skills sets including PeopleSoft HCM, Oracle DB, SQL & PL/SQL, Unix, AutoSys, Excel Macro and other domain expertise and skill sets.Domain Expertise & Skill sets include IBM compensation SaaS solution, IBM Cognos, Informatica, Control-M- SAP/SuccessFactors, Goal Management and Succession Plan, Business Analyst and CSOD, Learning domain and SaaS solution, Digital attendance, Oracle Taleo, SQL, XML, TCC Scripting and 365 Talents and SQL.Key Responsibilities Include:Management of IT for Human Resources, Communication and Real EstateTransforming and rationalising the solutions towards corporate platform-aligned solutions, putting the employee experience at the heart in a cost efficient way.Domains/Chapters we own in GSC I including Performance & Talents, Compensation & Benefits and Staffing/SWP.
