Lead OTM Upgrade SpecialistThe ideal candidate will oversee the successful implementation of Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) upgrades. They will design and develop functional enhancements that meet business needs, perform comprehensive testing, and optimize database performance.Main Responsibilities:Oversee the lead on OTM upgrade efforts to version 6.5.3.Design and implement tailored functional enhancements.Perform in-depth testing of upgrades and customizations.Optimize and maintain SQL queries, stored procedures, and database performance.Collaborate on infrastructure and integration support for OTM environments.Troubleshoot post-upgrade issues and support ongoing operations.Document solutions and knowledge transfer.4-7+ years of OTM experience, including at least 2 full upgrade lifecycles.Hands-on expertise with OTM 6.5.x or similar versions.Strong knowledge of OTM configurations, workflows, and integrations.Solid experience in Oracle DB administration and SQL/PLSQL development.Familiarity with server, middleware, and infrastructure elements of OTM.Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.Background in logistics or supply chain is a plus.
