We are seeking an OTM Consultant to join our team and contribute to delivering end-to-end implementations of Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) solutions.As an OTM Consultant, you will be working with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective OTM solutions. Your key responsibilities will include leading or participating in full lifecycle OTM implementation projects, configuring OTM modules, workflows, agents, and automation rules, and supporting integration with external systems.Key ResponsibilitiesLead or participate in full lifecycle OTM Implementation projectsWork with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into OTM solutionsConfigure OTM modules, workflows, agents, and automation rulesPerform OTM Cloud configurations and support integration with external systemsConduct functional and technical analysis, develop solution designs, and troubleshoot system issuesSupport OTM on-premise to cloud migration activities (if applicable)Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile/DevOps environmentCreate documentation, functional specs, and process flows for implementationsRequired Skills8–12+ Years of experience in Oracle Transportation Management (OTM)Strong hands-on experience with OTM Cloud; exposure to both functional and technical areasProficiency in SQL and OTM-related data structuresKnowledge of DevOps pipelines, version control, build/release processesStrong understanding of Agile methodologiesExperience with OTM on-premises to cloud migration (mandatory for senior role; good to have for mid-level)Excellent communication and client interaction skills
