OTM ConsultantJob Summary:We are seeking a skilled OTM Consultant to lead full lifecycle OTM implementation projects. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience working with OTM Cloud, SQL, and be well-versed with Agile & DevOps practices.Key Responsibilities:Lead or participate in full lifecycle OTM Implementation projects.Work with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into OTM solutions.Configure OTM modules, workflows, agents, and automation rules.Perform OTM Cloud configurations and support integration with external systems.Conduct functional and technical analysis, develop solution designs, and troubleshoot system issues.Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile/DevOps environment.Create documentation, functional specs, and process flows for implementations.Required Skills and Qualifications:8–12+ Years of experience in Oracle Transportation Management (OTM).Strong hands-on experience with OTM Cloud; exposure to both functional and technical areas.Proficiency in SQL and OTM-related data structures.Knowledge of DevOps pipelines, version control, build/release processes.Strong understanding of Agile methodologies.Experience with OTM on-premises to cloud migration (mandatory for senior role).Excellent communication and client interaction skills.Benefits:Opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology.Chance to collaborate with experienced professionals.Professional development opportunities.Others:Good to Have: OTM certifications, Experience in Logistics/Supply Chain domain, API/Integration understanding (SOAP/REST).Who Can Apply: OTM Consultant → 8+ years experience, Senior OTM Consultant → 10–12+ years experience + migration background preferred.
