Job DescriptionThis role is perfect for someone who possesses in-depth knowledge of the NEET ecosystem, a passion for academic operations, and can create the NEET category from scratch with complete ownership.Main Responsibilities:Category Leadership & StrategyLead and develop the NEET vertical end-to-end (content, teachers, operations, product strategy).Plan academic calendars, learning journeys, and NEET course structures.Develop pricing, packaging, and scaling strategies for NEET batches.Teacher & Academic ManagementIdentify, hire, and coordinate with NEET faculty (Physics, Chemistry, Biology).Manage subject matter experts for question banks, notes, tests, and study modules.Maintain exceptional academic quality within the NEET ecosystem.Content & Product DevelopmentOversee the creation of lectures, DPPs, mock tests, PYQ modules, and crash courses.Coordinate with design, video, and tech teams to deliver an efficient learning experience.Innovate formats that enhance efficiency—micro-revisions, short theory capsules, hybrid content, etc.Operations & ExecutionManage daily operations, class schedules, doubt solving, and planning.Ensure smooth coordination between teachers, operations, tech, and student support teams.Track academic progress, student feedback, and ensure timely execution.Marketing & Growth CollaborationWork with the marketing team on launch campaigns and NEET brand positioning.Support YouTube integrations, ads, and outreach strategies.Analyse student behavior to improve conversion and retention.Requirements:Strong understanding of NEET exam patterns, syllabi, and student needs.Ability to manage teachers, plan academics, and oversee content creation.Organized, responsible, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.Excellent communication & leadership qualities.Passionate about education and student success.
