Job Title: Skill Development ManagerJob Description:We are seeking a visionary Skill Development Manager to lead our internal training initiatives and enhance organizational productivity.This role will play a crucial part in enhancing employee, manager, and leader efficiency and performance across departments.This includes designing, implementing, and evaluating impactful learning interventions across the company, focusing on topics like product knowledge, technical skills, software tools, and LMS usage.The ideal candidate will function as a Corporate Trainer, LMS Strategist, and Team Leader, responsible for conducting effective in-house training sessions, delivering high-impact training, overseeing onboarding programs, building and leading an L&D team, and fostering a culture of continuous learning.We are looking for an experienced professional with at least 5 years of proven experience in Learning & Development or Corporate Training, preferably in EdTech or education/training-related industries.The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of academic content related to NEET, JEE, CA, CMA, ACCA, and skill development, excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills in English, and hands-on experience with LMS systems and learning technologies.Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Education, Psychology, Business, or related fields is required, along with certifications in L&D, Instructional Design, or Corporate Training being an added advantage.Required Skills and Qualifications:To succeed in this role, you will need:Proven experience in Learning & Development or Corporate TrainingStrong understanding of academic content related to NEET, JEE, CA, CMA, ACCA, and skill developmentExcellent communication, presentation, and leadership skillsWhat We Offer:We offer a competitive compensation package, opportunities for career growth and professional development, and a dynamic work environment.Join us in shaping the future of learning and development
