Job Title:Tech Acquisition SpecialistWe are seeking a highly skilled Tech Acquisition Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing and maintaining effective relationships with key stakeholders and colleagues to deliver defined business goals.The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team. They will also have substantial experience in sourcing and contracting for IT infrastructure products and services, office IT products and services, and cloud/datacenter services.Responsibilities include developing category-specific cost/license/service models for business needs, analyzing spend and contracts to identify opportunities for sourcing and cost reduction, and leading and executing IT sourcing projects from start to finish within agreed timelines and service quality.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in economics, supply management, or law, or equivalent industry experience.Certification in sourcing/procurement will be beneficial.Strong English and Simplified Chinese language skills.Experience:A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in strategic sourcing, preferably in an international setting.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to influence decision-making and resolve conflicts effectively.Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.Substantial experience in sourcing and contracting for IT infrastructure products and services, office IT products and services, and cloud/datacenter services.Detailed knowledge of license models, service models, and IT applications and infrastructure.Negotiation and contract management expertise with third-party IT vendors like IBM, Oracle, Wipro, and small OEMs.Competent in negotiations and contract knowledge with strong communication skills in English.Proven project management experience.Familiarity with conducting tenders (request for information/proposal/quotation).
