Position Overview: We are seeking a meticulous and proactive Luxury Decor Cost Estimator to join our team in South Delhi. This role is critical in ensuring our pricing is precise and competitive. You will handle inquiries from the sales team, review BOQs, drawings, specifications, and collaborate with vendors to secure the best pricing.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze BOQs, technical drawings, and project specifications.
  • Engage with vendors to obtain accurate quotes for materials and services.
  • Consolidate vendor quotes and prepare final quotations for the sales team.
  • Maintain and update a comprehensive database of vendors and pricing.
  • Conduct market research to stay informed on trends in the luxury decor industry.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers.
  • Prepare cost analysis and reports for management.


Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of experience in cost estimation, ideally in luxury decor, interior design, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and Excel.
  • Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Familiarity with construction methods and materials is a plus.
  • Flexibility to work with vendors and sales teams based in Saudi Arabia, requiring adjustments to work hours for time zone differences.
  • Work week is from Saturday to Thursday.
