We are looking for a skilled Language Interpreter to join our team as a Customer Support Representative.Job Summary:This is a full-time remote role where you will be responsible for providing accurate interpretation in multiple languages during telephone and video conversations between individuals of different languages and backgrounds. You will listen carefully to speakers' statements to interpret them correctly, ask questions when necessary, and remain neutral and impartial.Key Responsibilities:Listen and precisely interpret communication between two different language speaking persons.Adhere to standard operating procedures required for the process and organization.Required Skills and Qualifications:Candidates should be highly proficient in Urdu/Gujarati/Punjabi/Bengali/Nepali/French speaking & English speaking.Command over language with good understanding skills is required.Excellent Communication skills required.Candidate should be a good listener.Candidate should be energetic and have a positive approach towards issue handling.Benefits:The successful candidate will work 5 days a week with rotational shifts including night shift (first 3 months) and enjoy a flexible work environment with 2 rotational week offs.Desired Candidate Profile:Education: 12th, Diploma / Any Graduate.Experience: Fresher / Experience.Interview Process:HR interview(Telephonic).AMCAT Test.Language Proficiency Test(In English and 2nd Language).Client Round (Final Virtual Interview).
