Role Description We are seeking a motivated and experienced Senior Sales Executive for a full-time on-site role at our Navi Mumbai location. The Senior Sales Executive will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by identifying and nurturing client relationships, generating sales leads, and closing deals. Key responsibilities include understanding client needs, delivering tailored solutions, preparing and presenting proposals, negotiating contracts, and ensuring client satisfaction. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to strategize and achieve sales targets effectively. Qualifications Business development and sales expertise, including lead generation, client acquisition, and achieving sales targetsStrong negotiation, deal closure, and relationship management skillsExcellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skillsAbility to conduct market analysis and develop effective sales strategiesProblem-solving, decision-making, and time management abilitiesProficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant sales softwareProven experience in a sales or business development role, preferably within the coworking, real estate, or serviced office space industryBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
