The Cvent Supplier and Venues Solutions (SVS) Customer Marketing team is dedicated to supporting and nurturing existing Cvent customers throughout their journey. The team focuses on the following stages of the customer lifecycle: onboarding, adoption, retention, advocacy, and expansion. We develop targeted programs to guide customers from the moment they join us, ensuring their engagement with our products, satisfaction, and willingness to advocate for us. Ultimately, we strive to help customers expand their business and achieve their goals.
The Onboarding and Adoption Team Lead will be responsible for executing global customer onboarding and adoption programs, ensuring a seamless and world-class experience from when customers begin their journey with Cvent. They will collaborate closely with Client Success, Analytics, and Global Marketing stakeholders to plan and execute multi-channel customer marketing campaigns. Additionally, they will support onboarding and product adoption program automation and optimize reporting mechanisms to analyze program effectiveness to drive better results.
In this role, you will:
Drive an improved customer onboarding experience by delivering progressive onboarding journeys, designing interactive onboarding assets and product learning resources, and automating reminders to complete essential action items, leading to a faster time to value.
Manage the program execution of customer data-driven adoption and engagement campaigns and automate the evergreen customer marketing programs for an enhanced customer experience and better process efficiency.
Partner closely with global marketing stakeholders to coordinate campaign scheduling, asset creation, campaign builds, reviews, internal approvals, and reporting.
In collaboration with the analytics team, own the post-campaign analysis and reporting to optimize and refine the reporting mechanism for customer marketing programs.
Communicate program timelines, execution, and results to all global stakeholders.
Manage internal wikis and marketing enablement for relevant programs.
Qualifications:
Strong understanding of marketing campaign design and execution (a customer-focused background will be a plus).
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent organizational and program management skills.
Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and under strict timelines.
Excellent written and verbal communicator.
4+ years of total experience in the B2B Marketing field
Education: A bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is a plus
Hospitality Industry experience and experience in a SaaS environment is a plus.
