Fixed Income Portfolio ManagerAbout this roleThis is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented, financially astute individual to join our team as a Fixed Income Portfolio Manager intern.You will be responsible for:Calculating Yield to Maturity (YTM) and evaluating returns on different types of fixed-income securities.Determining Present Value (PV) of securities and assessing market pricing strategies.Comparing investment options such as corporate bonds, fixed deposits, and mutual funds.You will also be working on:Developing financial models in Excel, Python, or R to assess risk and return metrics.Implementing AI-driven approaches for analyzing credit risk and probability of default.Working on Value at Risk (VaR) simulations and machine learning models for risk assessment.Additionally, you will:Analyze corporate bond spreads, relative valuations, and structured finance instruments.Conduct data cleaning and visualization for sovereign credit research and CDS time series data.Assist in the structuring and evaluation of project finance and asset-backed securities.You will also have the opportunity to:Learn Microsoft Excel AI tools for financial modeling.Develop and test AI models for credit derivatives and portfolio risk assessment.Work with FinTech tools like Virtual Risk Analyser and Virtual Portfolio Analyser.A student or fresh graduate from any academic discipline is welcome to apply.
