We are seeking a Community Engagement Specialist to help build, nurture and grow our educator and learner community. This role involves creating meaningful engagement experiences, facilitating conversations and driving participation across both online and offline channels.The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be proactive and people-oriented, and have experience in community management or related roles.Build and manage strong relationships within the communityPlan and execute engagement initiatives such as webinars, contests, discussions and recognition campaignsModerate and grow community platforms (social media platforms, in-app forums)Identify active community members and convert them into ambassadors or championsCollaborate with internal teams to amplify campaignsTrack and report community engagement metrics and share insights for improvementRespond promptly to community queries, feedback and issues with empathy and accuracyCreate and curate content (posts, polls, updates, stories) to maintain regular engagementBachelor's degree in any discipline (preferably communications, education or marketing)2–4 years of experience in community management, engagement or related rolesStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and collaborativelyBasic data understanding (analytics dashboards) to measure engagementCreative thinker with the ability to initiate and execute campaigns independentlyExperience working with teacher communitiesExposure to community management toolsUnderstanding of social media trends and engagement strategiesOpportunity to work in a dynamic education ecosystemCollaborative and mission-driven team cultureScope to innovate and experiment with engagement ideasCompetitive compensation and growth opportunities
