Job OverviewOur organization is seeking a skilled Communication Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in training and development, with a focus on soft skills, voice and accent, language or behaviors defined by the client.Key ResponsibilitiesTrain a team of associates and impart knowledge that impacts their performance and interactions with clients.Conduct refresher and update training on Communication, Soft skills, Grammar, Syllable Stress, Voice intonation, and Accent Neutralization.Ongoing monitoring of associates' performance and tracking deviations from expected standards.Help improve performance by running refreshers tailored to meet specific Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).Regularly assess training needs to identify gaps in performance and provide targeted support.Conduct periodic meetings and huddles with the team to discuss progress and areas for improvement.Track and ensure improvement of lower-performing associates through coaching and mentoring.Facilitate internal audits on communications and soft skills to ensure consistency and effectiveness.Successfully conduct Training Needs Identification (TNI) and Training Needs Analysis (TNA) on a monthly basis to identify areas for improvement.Conduct refresher sessions with new hires to keep them posted about soft skills and Accent Neutralization.Publish a weekly dashboard with numbers of monitoring and coaching sessions conducted and Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
