Job Summary:

Mobiloitte is looking to hire an enthusiastic HR Generalist. You will be part of a fast-paced organization that puts people first and shares a collective aim of making Mobiloitte a better place to work.


Key Responsibilities:


Employee Relations:

Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and programs.

Assist in resolving employee issues and conflicts, conducting investigations when necessary.


Benefits Administration:

Administer and explain benefits programs and leave policies.

Coordinate annual benefits enrollment and assist employees with benefit-related questions.


Performance Management:

Assist in the development and implementation of performance evaluation processes.

Provide guidance and support to managers on employee performance issues.

Leverage AI-driven performance management tools to monitor and analyze employee performance data.


Training and Development:

Identify training needs and coordinate employee training and development programs.

Support career development initiatives and succession planning efforts.

Implement AI-based training platforms to personalize and enhance learning experiences.


Compliance and Policy Implementation:

Ensure compliance with state, and local employment laws and regulations.

Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures.


HR Administration:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HRIS system.

Prepare HR reports and metrics as required.

Use AI tools to automate routine HR administrative tasks and data management.


Employee Engagement:

Plan and execute employee engagement activities and events at the team and org level.

Promote a positive workplace culture and foster a sense of community among employees.


New Employee Onboarding and Induction:

Conduct new employee orientations and ensure smooth onboarding processes.

Experience in using AI tools to maintain employee database.


Business Unit Support:

Work with the HR business partner on BU-specific projects and people initiatives.

Drive monthly and quarterly pulse surveys for the business, analyze data, and prepare dashboards and reports to be presented to business stakeholders.

Plan and execute HR-specific action items for each business unit in partnership with the HR business partner.

Act as an evangelist for new joiners and be their point of contact for all HR-related concerns.

Conduct exit interviews, record and analyze data, and present to the HR partner for further action.

Make process recommendations to achieve operational excellence based on research on industry best practices.

Provide assistance to Business Partners in routine activities and HR projects.


Qualifications:

  • Masters/ MBA in HR.
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience working as an HR Generalist.
  • Experience working in HR operations
  • Strong attention to detail with a self-driven attitude and the ability to communicate effectively with all stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Experience with AI tools for HR functions is highly desirable.
