DescriptionThe Loan Servicing Business Manager – Associate (602) is a key role within the Loans group, focused on supporting banking operations. This position involves executing essential tasks and requirements to ensure smooth office functioning. It offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact and gain broad exposure to the financial industry.As a Business Manager - Associate in our Wholesale Lending group, you will be responsible for maintaining successful daily business practices and oversee daily team activities to ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs). The ideal candidate will have a track record of outstanding management of day-to-day operations, including production, human resources, and accounting processes. This person will be a motivated leader who thrives on creating and sustaining a climate of inclusion, trust, and productivity. This role offers a unique opportunity to develop your skills in managing people & process while making a significant impact on our operations.Job responsibilities Manage initiatives to resolve diverse problems identified by the Wholesale Lending Loan Operations India team.Advise and influence senior leaders on key business decisions and major change initiatives.Develop high-impact presentations for internal and external stakeholders.Execute creative analyses and provide insights to identify issues and arrive at recommendations.Provide reporting and analytics support on key projects and programs.Assist in all BAU reporting, metrics, and scorecards.Assist with key project reports and Senior Executive packs.Manage appropriate governance around all aspects of Loan Operations initiatives, including people, technology, firm assets, regulatory, compliance, and inancial matters.Monitor resiliency processes to proactively manage risk.Manage local administrative requirements and assist in pursuing seat sharing strategies to improve efficiency.Required qualifications, skills and capabilitiesHold a bachelor's degree with at least 5+ years of proven Project/Business Management experience, including the use of project plans and issue logs, Experience in status reporting (project status, risks, issues, change controls, action items)Excellent infographic / visualization skills, Ability to work with cross-functional teams and interact with all staff levels, Ability to be flexible, follow tight deadlines, organize and prioritize work in order to support concurrent projectsStrong PC skills in Microsoft Suite (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Project) required, as well as the ability to use web-based technologyResults-oriented self-starter who can lead efforts with minimal directionHighly adaptable with an ability to multi-task, prioritize and escalate appropriately in a fast-paced environmentExcellent written/verbal communication and presentation skills - the ability to convey complex information simply and clearly to senior business leadersPreferred qualifications, skills and capabilities Utilize Tableau and SharePoint skills to support data visualization and collaboration.Influence and lead conversations effectively with stakeholders.Demonstrate executive presence by summarizing, recommending, and presenting issues and solutions to senior management.Cultivate strong interpersonal and communication skills to facilitate domain learning.Apply analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to address challenges.Understand product lifecycle and area product management to support business objectives
