DescriptionMajor Deliverables: Conduct through audits of Credit Facilities sanctioned/Disbursed to ensure compliance with company policies & regulations Review and analyse financial statements, Credit Reports & other reports to assess creditworthiness and risk Evaluate effectiveness of credit processes and recommend improvements Prepare monthly draft report on basis of initial review and discuss with relevant stakeholder to obtain appropriate and satisfactory justification/ratification Prepare monthly final report summarizing findings Collaborate with Credit & CAD to ensure proper documentation and adherence to policies Co-ordinate with vendor to get document adequacy report published and review the same as well as provide them feedback and training. Stay informed on industry trends, regulations & best practices related to credit audit and risk management Advanced understanding of Financial parameters such as ratio analysis (Current Ratio, DSCR, ISCR, Debt Equity, LTD/NCA, quasi equity etc Hands on with Excel and PPT Good in number crunching and working on MIS Proven experience in credit audit of Corporate loans, Term Loan, Business Loan, Working Capital, Loan against Property and financial analysis, or a related field, with a strong understanding of credit risk assessment and management shall be preferred Familiarity with accounting principles, financial reporting, and auditing standards. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with Cross-functional teams. Proficiency in financial software and tools, such as spreadsheets and databases. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards related to credit auditing.
