If you have a gene to not get frizzled during key decisions of the organization and can take flawless decisions, the team’s looking for you.About the roleAs part of our HR Strategy crew, you’ll be the go-to person for making sure policies, processes, and people practices are not just compliant but also crystal clear and impactful. From preparing governance deliverables to reviewing policies and keeping us aligned with industry best practices, you’ll have a hand in shaping how we work.You’ll work with senior leaders, translate complex data into simple insights, and make sure HR is always one step ahead of regulations and trends. If you love balancing detail with big-picture thinking, and thrive on driving clarity in high-stakes conversations, this role’s made for you.What you will doLead preparation and management of HR governance deliverables for internal & external stakeholders ensuring accuracy, clarity, and alignment with expectations.Drive policy reviews and changes, incorporating industry benchmarks and best practices in line with regulatory guidelines.Engage with senior stakeholders to build consensus on HR initiatives and effectively communicate proposals and outcomes.Coordinate with internal teams to gather insights, data, and context, and translate them for leadership decision-making.Anticipate and manage regulatory expectations with HR practices, ensuring timely, compliant, and well-positioned responses.Stay current on evolving HR practices, governance norms, and industry trends to strengthen the organization’s HR strategy.What you will need1–3 years of experience in HR strategy, governance, consulting, or similar stakeholder-facing roles.Strong ability to analyze policy, synthesize data, and prepare clear, persuasive materials for senior leadership.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience navigating complex and sensitive discussions.Comfort with ambiguity, multiple priorities, and high-stakes deliverables under tight timelines.Life at sliceLife so good, you’d think we’re kidding:Competitive salaries.
