We are inviting motivated graduates/postgraduates to join as HR Interns and fast-track their careers into a Human Resources Executive role within 6 months . This is the perfect opportunity to gain hands-on exposure to Recruiting, Office Administration, Resume Screening, Telephone Interviewing, College Recruitment, HR Strategy, and Human Resource Development in a professional environment. Key Responsibilities Support end-to-end Recruitment & Talent Acquisition for non-IT roles. Use LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, and social media for candidates searching and direct placement . Screen resumes and applications; conduct phone screening and competency-based interviewing . Coordinate interviews and assist in recruitment advertising . Assist in onboarding, orientation, and HR documentation . Maintain HRIS records , support human resource planning and policy implementation. Assist in employee engagement, performance management, and exit interviews . Handle general office administration and ensure smooth daily operations. Work closely with the HR Manager on human resource strategy and development projects . Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR / Business Administration / Related Field . Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of HR-related experience may apply. Excellent communication skills (Fluent English & Hindi mandatory; knowledge of local languages is a plus). Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook . Strong organizational, interpersonal, and administrative skills . Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter / Candidate Selection tools preferred. Must be based in Bangalore; preference for candidates within 30 minutes of our office. Personal Attributes Smart, articulate, and professional. Proactive learner with strong interpersonal skills . Responsible, detail-oriented, and eager to grow in Human Resource Development . Compensation & Career Path Stipend: ₹10,000 per month (first 6 months). On successful completion, confirmed as Human Resources Executive with full-time placement. Immense learning and exposure in Recruitment, Human Resource Strategy, and HR Operations to build a strong career foundation.
