Job Summary:We are seeking a seasoned Senior Business Analyst/Senior Consultant to join our team in the Energy & Utilities sector.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in enabling or delivering digital transformation initiatives and excellent domain expertise in power, water, or gas utilities.The role involves collaborating with solution architects, delivery teams, and leaders to shape industry-aligned solutions for global utility clients.Responsibilities include domain and solution advisory, consulting engagement execution, and presales/pursuit support.Required Skills and Qualifications:To be successful in this role, you will need:12+ years of total experience, including 8+ years as a Business Analyst or Senior Consultant in Energy & Utilities.MBA from a Tier-1 institute.Proven ability to abstract client problems and articulate solution options clearly for both business and technical stakeholders.Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile/Waterfall models, and functional documentation.Familiarity with utility enterprise platforms such as CIS, OMS, MDM, AMI, WMS, GIS, CRM/CX systems, etc.Experience working with global teams and international utility clients.Benefits:You'll enjoy a dynamic work environment that encourages thoughtful experimentation and practical problem-solving.
