Our commitment is to deliver advanced technologies that meet the evolving needs for anti-drone solutions, situational awareness, and ISR systems.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a RF Assembly Manager located in Mumbai. The RF Assembly Manager will oversee the assembly, integration, and testing of RF systems and components. Daily tasks include managing the RF assembly team, ensuring quality control, coordinating with the engineering team, and troubleshooting technical issues. The RF Assembly Manager will also ensure compliance with safety standards and project timelines.QualificationsExperience in RF system assembly, integration, and testingExperience in Soldering, bonding, cabling and harnessingProficiency in managing technical teams and ensuring quality controlStrong understanding of RF components, antennas, and radar systemsExcellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skillsAbility to coordinate with assembly teamKnowledge of safety standards and compliance requirementsRelevant degree in Electrical Engineering or a related fieldExperience in the defense and aerospace industry is a plus*Preference will be given to immediate joinee
