Job Title: Senior Technical DeveloperJob Description:A seasoned Oracle HCM Cloud professional with a minimum of 8 years' experience in technical development, focusing on US and Canada Payroll.Candidates must possess strong technical expertise in US and Canada Payroll, as well as proficiency in Fast Formula development and payroll data extracts.Key responsibilities include developing and supporting payroll data extracts, updating RTF templates, and providing BIP and OTBI development support.Strong SQL/PL SQL tuning and programming skills are essential for this role, along with experience in HDL and HCM Extracts.The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of SDLC and JIRA knowledge, as well as experience working on Pay slip template customizations.Detailed technical requirements gathering, documentation, uniting/regression testing of RICE components, and troubleshooting open cases/issues are also critical aspects of this position.In addition, the successful candidate will analyze the impact of technical changes in Fast Formulas, lead meetings to resolve priority issues, ensure data integrity and governance, and provide analysis and consultation on implementing new software application products or new modules.Education/Certifications: A Master's degree or equivalent in computer science, engineering, or relevant fields is required. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for success in this role.Must be familiar with Oracle Fusion HCM modules and the Payroll area, with desired skills including flexibility to work night shifts.This is an excellent opportunity to develop knowledge and expertise in extensions and Fast Formulas while engaging with digital and vendor teams for support when needed.
