Lead Implementation Specialist HCMWe are seeking an accomplished professional to lead the implementation of end-to-end Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions. The ideal candidate should possess extensive domain expertise in HCM covering the entire hire to retire lifecycle, with a focus on compensation, benefits, US payroll, core HR, absence management, overtime leave tracking, and talent management.The candidate must have at least 5 years of experience in implementing HCM Cloud solutions, with at least 2 successful implementations as a lead.Expert working experience in one or more of the following modules: Compensation, Benefits, US Payroll, Core HR, Absence Management, Overtime Leave Tracking.In-depth understanding of HCM Cloud business processes and data flow.The ideal candidate will have strong written and verbal communication skills, personal drive, flexibility, team player, problem-solving, influencing, and negotiating skills. They should also have good leadership capabilities with strong planning and follow-up skills, mentorship, work allocation, monitoring, and status updates.Responsibilities include:Assisting in the identification, assessment, and resolution of complex functional issues/problems.Interacting with clients frequently around specific work efforts/deliverables.Providing guidance and support to project teams.Main Responsibilities:Develop and execute comprehensive plans for HCM solution implementation.Leverage technical expertise to resolve complex issues and provide solutions.Cultivate effective working relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.Necessary Skills:Proven track record of successful HCM solution implementations.Extensive knowledge of HCM Cloud business processes and data flow.Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
