Job OpportunityHiring for a Technical Specialist in Compensation and Equity Area.As a Technical Specialist, you will play a key role in implementing and maintaining Oracle HCM systems. You will be responsible for ensuring seamless integration of various modules, providing expert-level support to users, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.Technical knowledge of compensation and equity area in Oracle is highly desirable.Expertise in HCM extract, API integration, HDL imports, Mulesoft, OTBI, BI Publisher, and HDL/SDL.Strong understanding of cloud-based technologies and ability to work independently or collaboratively in a team.Key Responsibilities:Design, implement, and maintain Oracle HCM solutions.Develop and maintain technical documentation and procedures.Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize business requirements.Provide expert-level support to end-users.Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.We are looking for a skilled Technical Specialist who can take ownership of our Oracle HCM system and ensure its optimal performance.
