Job description

  • Senior technical position to provide work leadership to technical staff for performing complex analysis, design, programming, and unit testing of software applications.
  • Manage delivery of scheduled target product development within assigned time, resource and quality standards. Adhere to defined best practices: Code reviews, Problem solving, unit testing etc. as a requirement of SDLC.
  • Collaborates effectively and on an on-going basis with all stakeholders/teams.
  • Analyzes competitive products and technologies and makes appropriate suggestions (may use demos, POCs) to influence product / technology direction.
  • Technical team mentoring, generate dcouments for SDLC.
  • Technical risk assesment and timely escalation of critical ones to manager/management.
  • Approves POCs.

Responsibility

  • Candidate must have experience in technical mentorship of a team, developing applications using C, C++, SDK, MFC, COM.
  • More than 5+ years of working experience in developing leading applications on Microsoft platform. Must have knowledge of multithreaded applications and windows components: Services, registry, User mode, Kernel Mode etc. Must know all Microsoft operating systems and its architecture overview, working experience on Windows vista till Windows 10 is required.
  • Professional having more than 5 years of hands-on experience in all aspects of Data Encryption, cryptography standards, public key infrastructure, key management, Encryption-Decryption algorithms.
  • Must have strong analytical and design skills.
  • Proven problem-solving skills, from problem analysis/assessment to right selection of solution and its implementation.
  • Good knowledge of File system drivers, Disk filters on Windows platform. At least must have developed and maintained 2 file system drivers. Proficiency in kernel programming.
  • Working knowledge of MAC OS and Linux will be an added advantage.
