Job Overview:We are seeking a seasoned accounting professional to lead our team as an Accounting Operations Manager. This critical role will oversee the management of accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, cash, and general ledger or an accounting team.About the Position:This is a senior-level position that requires at least 7 years of experience in managing AP, AR, Payroll, Cash, and Gen Ledger or an Accounting team.The ideal candidate should have extensive knowledge of USGAAP, Indian GAAP, and Canadian Accounting Standards.Candidate needs to have the ability to coordinate for Taxes, Audits, and Compliance, including Consolidation and Transfer pricing, Budgeting and Reporting, and setting up new processes or improvements in the processes for the same.Strong leadership skills are required to set up Policies and procedures to improve company performance.Requirements:CPA with knowledge of Indian Accounting standards OR a Chartered Accountant from India who has or is working in US and should have working knowledge of India too.Preferably need proficiency and enough exposure to US as well as Indian GAAP, and way of working in both countries.Familiarity with Canadian GAAP or international standards would be nice to have.What We Offer:A dynamic work environment with opportunities for growth and development.
