These solutions are compliant, secure, high-performance, and reliable.Must-Have Skills:Proficiency in Visual Basic Script (VBS) and Oracle development tools.Hands-on experience with Oracle Redwood Design System (RDS) & Redwood development processes.Building responsive UI & Redwood UI using the Oracle Redwood Framework within Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM.Responsibilities:Designing, developing, and implementing Redwood-based UIs for HCM modules.Ensuring mobile-responsive, accessible, and performant UI components.Collaborating with functional/HR teams to optimize HCM user flows and UX.Adhering to Redwood guidelines, coding standards, and best practices.Troubleshooting, testing, and optimizing existing HCM Redwood pages/components.Nice-to-Have / Add-On:Experience developing custom components in Oracle Cloud HCM suite.Familiarity with CI/CD, version control (Git), and UX accessibility standards.Basic knowledge of REST integrations/APIs within Fusion.
