We are seeking a Cloud Contact Center Transformation Expert to lead a cloud contact center transformation project for one of our major fintech clients.The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Amazon Connect and a solid background in CTI consulting. They should be able to play a consulting role in previous CTI modernization or migration projects and work confidently with both technical teams and business stakeholders.Minimum 7 years total experience in contact center / CTI space3+ years of hands-on experience with Amazon ConnectProven experience working in a consulting role for CTI transformation projectsStrong knowledge of Amazon Connect features: contact flows, routing, queues, agent setupExperience integrating Amazon Connect with CRMs like Salesforce or ZendeskGood understanding of AWS services: Lambda, DynamoDB, S3, CloudWatchBasic scripting with Node.js or PythonExperience in building or enhancing IVRs using Amazon LexJob RequirementsWe are looking for a highly skilled expert who can analyze the client's current CTI systems and develop a strategy to transform them into a cloud-based solution using Amazon Connect. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively with cross-functional teams.In this role, you will be responsible for:Leading the design and implementation of cloud contact centers using Amazon ConnectDeveloping and executing strategies to improve customer experience and reduce operational costsMentoring and guiding junior team membersCollaborating with technical teams to integrate Amazon Connect with other AWS servicesEnsuring timely delivery of projects and meeting customer expectations
