Regional Business LeadAbout the Role:The Regional Business Lead - PSUs will be responsible for driving business across North and East India.To achieve this, they will initiate and secure tie-ups with PSUs, CAPF, CGHS/ECHS, and State Health Departments in the region.Achieving growth targets set for PSU/Govt. segment in North & East India is key to success.The Regional Business Lead will manage end-to-end engagement with key PSU/Govt. accounts to ensure smooth operations.They will also proactively resolve disputes or delays by coordinating between PSU/Govt. offices and billing teams.Besides these responsibilities, the Regional Business Lead must ensure all empanelment agreements and renewals comply with regulatory guidelines and policies.Maintaining trackers for all empanel agreements and accounts is another critical task.Candidate Skills Required:Strong expertise in PSU/Govt. health schemes, empanelments, and account management.Proven expertise in account handling, empanelments, and collections in healthcare/payor environment.Data-driven approach to business analysis and growth identification.Skilled in relationship building and influencing senior stakeholders.Demonstrates high ownership, structured thinking, and independent execution.
